Steffphon Pettigrew to Guasave

Steffphon Pettigrew (195 cm, Western Kentucky’11) returns to Mexico via signing a deal to play for Frayles de Guasave (CIBACOPA). The 24-year-old Pettigrew was signed by the Marinos de Anzoategui from Venezuela’s LPB this February 2013. He only managed to play one game for the team before being released in April. He only played 13 minutes on the floor, scoring only three points and grabbing two rebounds.

He transferred to the Marinos after a 44-game stint with the Abejas de Guanajuato from Mexico’s LNBP. During that run he averaged 20.9 ppg and 6.3 rpg.
