Nic Wise released by Juve Caserta

Nic WiseNic Wise (1.78m, college Arizona) has been officially released by Juve Caserta (Italy-SerieA) after an on-again, off-again relationship and a battle with a torn meniscus. Wise announced on Twitter that he was coming home to the US to rehab his injury and that he returned too soon. Caserta announced that the two had mutually decided to part ways and that they wished Wise luck in the future.

Reports have been coming out that Caserta was going to bump up the offer they made to Brian Chase (1.78m, college: Virginia Tech) recently, that he rejected.

    This was after all an excellent choice for Nic.
    Wish the fastest rehab and succesfull case vs. Caserta.

      I think you’re right, there were a couple of comments on his Twitter feed that hint at something, but nothing concrete. I think we’ll hear more down the road…
