Glen Rice Jr. (198 cm, Georgia Tech’12) is taking his talents back to Mexico in 2019 after agreeing to terms with former club, the Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (Mexico-CIBACOPA). Rice Jr. played for them back in 2017, so there is definitely some history and familiarity here.
Rice is coming off a six-game stint playing for Instituto Atletico Central Cordoba (Argentina-La Liga) where he posted averages of 14.7 ppg and 4.0 rpg. He played in Mexico prior to that run with the Argentinian club, lending his game to Aguacateros Michoacan (Mexico-LNBP) in 2018-19 where he averaged 24.3 ppg and 6.3 rpg in four games.
