Robert Hornsby (2.01m, college: Troy) has signed with 9 de Julio Rio Tercero (Argentina-LigaA). Last season he was with Atenas (Argentina-LigaA) and averaged 11.0 points per game. Prior to that he suited up for the Tijuana Zonkeys (Mexico-CIBACOPA) where he tallied 20.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game.
