Zoran Dragic (196 cm) has linked up with Khimki Moscow Region (Russia) and will help the current Eurocup champions in the VTB United League and Euroleague this season. The swingman is not only experienced but also has plenty of quality to bring to Khimki, important attributes over a long season. The Slovenian penned with the Boston Celtics for the 2015/2016 campaign but was released this month to pave the way for a move to Russia.
Last season Zoran Dragic played with his brother in the NBA for the Phoenix Suns before moving to Sioux Falls Skyforce (D-League) and then later the Miami Heat.
The last time the 26-year old was in Europe he played for Unicaja Malaga (Spain, Liga Endesa and Euroleague). That was during the 2013/2014 season and Zoran Dragic played 29 games in the Spanish league and logged 10.3 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
