Zarko Rakocevic signs with Rilski

Zarko Rakocevic (204 cm) has signed with Rilski Sportist Samokov (Bulgaria-NBL) and will join the team roster during this campaign. He began the 2014-15 season playing for Al Muharraq (Bahrain-Premier League), but left shortly after.

During the 2013-2014 season he played for BC Kormend (Hungary-A Division) and over six EuroChallenge games averaged impressive 17.5ppg and 7.0rpg. In the Hungarian League he notched 19.5 points and 8.6 rebounds in 33 games.

The big man from Montenegro played fifteen games for Vienna 2012/13 season and averaged 16.6ppg along with 6.6rpg while shooting 56.2% from the field. Zarko Rakocevic has enjoyed a long career of which most seasons he played in the Balkan area and one season in Switzerland, Austria (also Vienna), and a short stint in Spain.
