Worthy De Jong (194 cm) has signed a deal to play for SO Maritime Boulogne (France, Pro B) for the 2016/2017 season, the club announced. The movement signifies the first time that the Dutch player has played outside the Netherlands after spending his career widely associated with Zorg and Zekerheid Leiden in the Eredivisie. Worthy De Jong has spent the last six seasons with Leiden after joining the club from Rotterdam in 2010.
