William Franklin renews with CSM Oradea

William Franklin (183 cm, Bradley’07) got a contract renewal for the 2013-14 season with CSM Oradea from Romania’s Liga Nationala. Franklin has been been with Oradea since 2011-12 (pre-season). The team appears to satisfied with his performance as their starting point guard. He orchestrates the team’s offense, has rebounded the ball well and also adds a threat from downtown.

In the 2012-13 season he played 40 games for Oradea and averaged 11.3 ppg, 4.1 rpg, and 4.0 apg. Prior this stint the last time he played a full season was in 2008-09, with the New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig where he averaged 10.3 ppg and 3.7 apg.
