Wes Washpun moves to Larissa BC

Wes Washpun (185 cm, G) is on the move to Greece. There he will join Larissa BC and coach Nikosa Papanikolopoulos. Larissa is enjoying a slow start to the A1 season as they are 11th in the standings with a 3-9 record.

Washpun started this season in the Korisliiga in Finland. In 12 league games, he averaged 17.2 ppg and 5.1 assists for BC Nokia.

He also played in Germany, Mexico, Latvia, and England. Washpun also tried his luck in the G-League two seasons.

Wes Washpun, 27 years old, played college basketball at Northern Iowa, where he notched 14 ppg and 5.3 assists his senior year.
