Vladimir Micov Out with Fractured Foot

Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul (Turkey-TBL) is expected to miss their Serbian import, Vladimir Micov (201 cm) for a month due to a fractured bone in his foot. The 29-year-old forward suffered the injury during his team’s clash with Fenerbahce Ulker in Turkish TBL action. So far this season, Micov was able to play in five Euroleague games and average 10.2 ppg, 4.2 rpg and 3.8 apg. He also has logged six games in the domestic Turkish league and there he posted averages of 13.0 ppg and 4.0 rpg. He is a two-time member of the Serbian national team in 2013-14 but was kicked off the team recently by coach Djordjevic.
