Uros Tripkovic signs with Fenerbahce

Uros Tripkovic (197 cm) has signed on with Fenerbahce Ulker (Turkey-TBL) for the remainder of this season and 2013-14, according to the club’s website. He most recently wore the colors of Blancos de Rueda Valladoilid (Spain-ACB), where he carried a 10.2 point per game average over 14 games. Tripkovic has been a member of the Serbian National Squad in 2008-09 and 2011. In 2008 he averaged 8.5 points per game in the 2009 EuroBasket Qualifiers and then scored 9.1 points per game during EuroBasket 2009 over nine games. He wasn’t released from the squad in 2011 prior to the EuroBasket. He started his professional career in 2002 with Partizan and stayed with them seven seasons.
