Trent Plaisted joins Ratiopharm Ulm

Trent Plaisted (211 cm, BYU’08) will be reinforcing the frontcourt of Ratiopharm Ulm from Germany’s BBL this 2013-14 season. Plaisted declined to extend with Limoges CSP Elite from France’s ProA after spending the 2012-13 season with them.

Trent started the 2012-13 season playing with the Los Angeles Clippers, but was released by the team when the regular season started. In December 2012, he signed with Limoges and played 18 games for them averaging 8.3 ppg and 5.6 rpg.

In 2011-12 he played for SK Cherkasy Monkeys from Ukraine’s Superleague and he managed to average 13.6 ppg and 7.1 rpg in seven games. In January 2012 he moved to Turkey’s Aliaga Petkim and there he produced averages of 6.9 ppg and 4.2 rpg in 16 games.
