Trent Plaisted joins Limoges CSP
Trent Plaisted (211 cm, Brigham Young’08) has joined Limoges CSP Elite (France-ProA). Plaisted has been a regular fixture in NBA summer camps, but has never been on an opening day roster. The big lefty started with the SK Cherkasy Monkeys (Ukraine-Superleague) last season, seeing time in seven Superleague contests compiling an average 13.6 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. He moved to Aliaga Petkim (Turkey-TBL) and in 16 games he tallied 6.9ppg and 4.2rpg. Plaisted has also suited up for Angelico Biella (Italy-SerieA), KK Zadar (Croatia-A1), Cedevita Zagreb (Croatia-A1), and BC Zalgiri Kaunas (Lithuania-LKL). He played collegiately for Brigham Young University, getting in 103 games over four years (only 5 as a freshman) and tallying a 13.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game career average. His senior year was his best, by far, dropping in 15.6 points and grabbing 7.7 rebounds per game in 35 games. BYU competed in the NCAA tournament his junior and senior years, but were ousted in the first round both years. After graduating, Plaisted was drafted by the Seattle Supersonics in the 2008 NBA Draft in the 2nd round (46th overall), but his draft rights were traded to the Detroit Pistons, who never signed him.

Is he (fully) healthy? That’s the question
He moves very well for big guy and spent a lot of time in Summer League.
This guy’s resume is really good, he is the king of warm-up, but during the game he has the problem – he can’t deliver it to goddam bucket.
