Travis Trice inks contract with Brescia

Accomplished playmaker Travis Trice (Michigan State) has departed French club SIG Strasbourg and joined the Italian League’s Germani Basket Brescia in recent days.

The 183-cm point guard has had extensive playing time in the NBA G League (formerly known as the NBA Development League) and Australia’s NBL.

In the 2016-17 campaign, he averaged 14.3 points for Cairns Taipans in Australia. The next season he produced a 15.6 scoring average for the league’s Brisbane Bullets.

In a vivid display of his offensive skills, Trice averaged 18.6 points per game and handed out 7.8 assists in 17 contests for the G League’s Austin Spurs in 2019.

Travis Trice was Michigan State’s leading scorer (15.3 ppg) during the 2014-15 college basketball season, helping guide the Spartans to the NCAA Tournament’s Final Four.
