Todd O’Brien moves to Ventspils .

Todd O’Brien (211 cm, UAB’12) has secured a move to the Baltics and will play for BK Ventspils (Latvia, LBL) for the rest of this season. The American (with an Armenian passport) has most recently played for Sagesse Al Hekmeh Beruit in the Lebanese LBL. Over six games, Todd O’Brien secured double-double averages of 10.2 points and 12.3 rebounds per appearance.

The center started this 2016/2017 on the roster at Urartu Yerevan in the Russian Superleague 1. Through nine games with the club, the big man posted numbers of 14.2 points and 10.4 rebounds. Again, impressive double-double stats.

O’Brien has previously played Poland and France.
