BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Estonia-Alexela KML) has picked up Dutch big man, Thomas van der Mars (208 cm, Portland’15) for the 2017-18 season. He is coming off a productive 2016-17 season playing for AVIS Utilitas Rapla (Estonia-Alexela KML), so Thomas is no stranger to Estonian hoops. He logged 14 games in the Baltic League, where van der Mars dropped averages of 17.6 ppg and 11.4 rpg. Thomas also appeared in a total of 38 games in the Estonian League, there he posted averages of 15.4 ppg and 12.3 rpg.
