Thomas Robinson signs with Bahcesehir

Thomas Robinson (208 cm, F/C) is about to sign with Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul from Turkey.

Robinson started last season in China and then moved to Russia, where he played only a handful of games for Khimki in the VTB and Euroleague.

Thomas Robinson had an impressive college career with the University of Kansas, where he was voted the Big 12 Conference player of the year after averaging 17.7 ppg and 11.9 rpg. As a result, he was an early entry in the 2012 draft, and it paid off. He was drafted in the 1st round as number five overall by the Sacramento Kings.

However, he didn’t quite live up to the expectations, and after bouncing around the NBA for a few seasons, he decided to change directions and took his talents overseas in 2017.
