Tarik Black to Zenith St. Petersburg

Tarik Black (206 cm, F/C) is on the move to Russia. There he will join Zenith and coach Xavier Pascual. Zenith is enjoying a great start to the season. They are atop of the VTB standings with a 9-1 record and are ranked 5th in the EuroLeague with a 10-5 record.

Black played EuroLeague the last two seasons as well. He averaged 9.1 ppg and 4.8 rebounds in 11 contests for Maccabi Tel Aviv during the 19/20 campaign.

Tarik Black, 29 years old, played 227 NBA games for the Rockets and the Lakers. His best season was the 2014/15 season with the Lakers when he averaged 7.2 ppg and 6.3 rebounds.

He played college basketball at Memphis and Kansas. His senior year at Kansas, he notched 5.5 ppg and 3.8 rebounds.
