Taj McCullough inks with Solna Vikings

The Solna Vikings of Sweden’s Basketligan have signed 27-year-old Taj McCullough (201 cm, Winthrop’08) for the 2013-14 season. He will be tasked to work hard on the glass and be a warm body in the paint for Solna. McCullough last played in the 2011-12 season.

Taj was with the D-League’s Reno Bighorns at the beginning of the season and averaged 8.7 ppg and 3.3 rpg in 11 games. In January 2012 he moved to Germany’s BBL to play for the LTi Giessen 46ers. Taj managed six games in the German Bundesliga and averaged 4.0 ppg and 2.2 rpg.
