Spencer Butterfield signs with Iberostar Tenerife CB Canarias

Spencer Butterfield (191 cm, G) will play in the Spanish ACB league this coming season as he has signed with Iberostar Tenerife CB Canarias. Butterfield is no stranger to Spain. On the contrary. He started his career there, after he graduated from Utah State with 13.2 ppg, 6.2 rpg, and 2.5 aspg. However, his pro debut was not in the ACB but the LEB Gold, the 2nd tier league in Spain. After his rookie season overseas, Spencer Butterfield has slowly been climbing the ladder. He moved from the Spanish LEB Gold to the top tier leagues in Lithuania, France, Germany, and Italy.
