Solomon Jones newcomer at Dongguan

Former NBA forward Solomon Jones (208 cm, South Florida’06) is the latest addition to the roster of the Dongguan New Century Leopards (China-CBA). Jones is coming off a stint in the NBA D-League playing for the Eerie Bayhawks. During that run he averaged 8.9 ppg and 6.1 rpg in 17 games. Solomon joined the Bayhawks early in the middle of the season after being released by the Orlando Magic in January 2014. He played 11 games for the Magic before his departure and he averaged just 1.3 ppg and 1.5 rpg. He was used sparingly, if at all, by the Magic as he was only allotted just under eight minutes of action a night.
