Shizz Alston to Mechelen

Shizz Alston (193 cm, G) is on the move to Belgium. There he will join Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen for the 21/22 season coming up in a few months. Mechelen is currently in the 20/21 Euromillions League playoffs.

Alston has enjoyed a bit of a rocky two-year start to his pro career. This season he started in the Greek A1 but suited up for Lavrio only three games. Last season he played a good number of games in the G League before moving to Poland to play for Gliwice. Alston never saw court time.

Shizz Alston played college basketball at Temple where he averaged an impressive 19.7 ppg and 5 assists his senior year (18/19). That landed him a spot on the All-AAC 1st team.
