Shannon Shorter (193 cm, North Texas’12) has switched to the French Pro A to play for Le Mans Sarthe Basket during this 2017. The American has been hitting the hardwood with TED Kolijliler Ankara in the Turkish BSL so far this season. Shannon Shorter played 21 games for the club and impressed with numbers of 20.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game.

The guard is an experienced operator who has played in China, Japan, Israel, Mexico, and Turkey. During the 2015/2016 season, Shorter played for Hebei Xianglan in the Chinese NBL. He played twenty games with the franchise and logged averages of 33.6 points, 11.2 boards, and 5.9 assists per game. He was the fifth best scorer and second best provider in the league, while also ending as third best stealer with 3.9 per game.
