Sasa Vasiljevic (180 cm) is returning to Greece this 2013-14 season. This time around he will be suiting up for AE Nea Kifisia Athens (A1). Sasa, a Bosnian with parents from Serbia, played the 2012-13 season in the Ukraine for Polytekhnika-Halychyna (Superleague). He played 51 games for Halychyna and averaged 8.6 ppg and 3.9 apg, helping his team reach the semifinals in both the Ukrainian league and the Ukrainian Cup in 2013.

Vasiljevic began the 2011-12 season playing for Khimik-OPZ Yuzny from Ukraine’s Superleague. He played five games for them in the EuroChallenge and averaged 5.4 ppg and 3.4 apg. In 15 games in the Ukrainian League he hit averages of 5.1 ppg and 3.4 apg. In December 2011 he moved to Greece to play for Ikaros Kallitheas (A1), where he averaged 7.0 ppg and 1.8 apg in 15 games.
