Sam Young inks with Usak

Usak Sportlif (Turkey-TBL) has reached an agreement with former NBA swingman Sam Young (198 cm, Pittsburgh’09) this 2015. Usak will be Young’s third team this 2014/15 season. The 29-year-old veteran began the season playing in the Italian Serie A for Pasta Reggia JuveCaserta. In 11 games he produced averages of 22.2 ppg and 7.2 rpg. He left the club in December 2014 and later signed with Halcones UV Xalapa from Mexico’s LNBP. There he logged 24 games and delivered averages of 21.0 ppg and 6.8 rpg. Usak is currently in 13th place in the Turkish TBL standings with a 10-13 record.
