Sam Basket Massagno lands Ben Richardson.

Ben Richardson (190 cm, G) will play in Switzerland this season, as he signed for SAM Massagno. His first game will be this weekend when the Swiss league starts. Ben Richardson was a defensive specialist during his college career at Loyola Chicago and was the defensive player of the year’s conference in 2018. Even though he only averaged 6.7 ppg in his senior year, he landed a professional job in Poland with MKS Dabrowa Gornicza, where he averaged 8.7 ppg. Last season he played in the Czech Republic for BK Geosan Kolin and posted 12.2 ppg but lead the league in steals (2.1 pg).
