Ryan Broekhoff added by Lokomotiv

Lokomotiv Kuban (Russia-VTB) has agreed to terms with Ryan Broekhoff (200 cm, Valparaiso’13) and will be bringing in the player for the 2015/16 season. Broekhoff is an Australian player who also holds a Dutch passport. He has been a member of the Australian national team since 2012. Since going pro in 2013, Ryan has been earning his stripes on the roster of Turkish club Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul (Turkey-TBL). In the 2014/15 season he played 16 games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 10.9 ppg and 5.4 rpg. He also played 30 games in the domestic Turkish league and there he produced averages of 11.5 ppg and 6.2 rpg. His strong play during the season earned him a spot in the Turkish League All-star game in 2015.
