Ryan Boatright landed by Capo d’Orlando

Betaland Capo d’Orlando (Italy-Serie A) is not holding back as it attempts to salvage its 2015-16 season with the recent addition of Ryan Boatright (183 cm, Connecticut’15). The 23-year-old rookie guard from UConn is embarking on a new chapter in his international pro career with this move to the Italian club. He started the season playing in the NBA D-League for the Grand Rapids Drive. He logged a total of 20 games in the D-League and was able to deliver averages of 11.1 ppg and 3.0 rpg.

In his senior year at UConn Boatright averaged 17.4 ppg and 4.1 rpg through 34 games and he was named to the All-AAC 1st Team as well as the AAC All-Tournament Team in 2015.
