Roy Hibbert ejected after Pacers-Warriors brawl
Things got a little bit too heated, and even much too violent in the fourth quarter in last nights game between the Indiana Pacers and the Golden State Warriors. Roy Hibbert (218 cm, Georgetown’08) got caught up in the heat of the moment and shoved David Lee (206 cm, Florida’05) back after Lee pushed him a bit too hard in an attempt to make room in the paint to grab a rebound. From there, things escalated as players from both teams get involved in the scuffle. Some to pull the players apart, while others rushed to come to the aid of their teammate in what looked like was going get very physical. Several of them were slapped with technical fouls and Hibbert was ejected.
Players who received technical fouls following the scuffle were David Lee (GSW), Stephen Curry (GSW), David West (IND), and Klay Thompson (GSW).

Suspensions (if any) have yet to be handed out by the league, but the NBA has a history of not taking this kind of violence lightly. Based on precedents Hibbert will likely face a one-game suspension.
