Ronnie Taylor (188 cm, NC Greensboro’04) will play in Iraq after signing for Duhok (D1).  He will play only one month for Duhok and help them in the Asian Cup. The point guard has been in the French ProB for the last two seasons playing for ESSM Le Portel Cote d’Opale and during last season he offered averages of 12.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists (4th best in league) and 1.6 steals per game from 37 appearances.

During the 2011/2012 campaign Ronnie Taylor played 34 games for d’Opale and picked up solid averages of 13.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.6 assists (best in league) per game. The 31-year old has never played in the Middle East before and has spent much of his career in France, although he has also played in Hungary, Germany, and the USA.
