Roderick Wilmont (193 cm, Indiana’07) will be taking his talents to Canada this 2014-15 season after agreeing to terms with the London Lightning (NBL). It’s been a while since Wilmont has recorded a game, so this fresh start with the Lightning will be a test to see if the 31-year-old still has something left in the tank. He tried out for LF Basket (Sweden-Basketligan) in 2012-13. In 2011-12 Roderick played for ALM Evreux Basket (France-ProB). He logged just 12 games for the club before departing, but was able to post averages of 10.1 ppg and 1.5 rpg. In 2010-11 he played for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants from the NBA D-League and there he averaged 14.3 ppg and 3.1 rpg through 47 games.
