Robertas Bitinas brought in by Planasa NV

Spanish LEB Gold team Planasa Navarra has added Lithuanian guard Robertas Bitinas (182 cm). He is coming in as a replacement for Michael Mokongo, who departed for Monaco. The Lithuanian has spent most of his recent years on home soil and in the last couple of seasons was under contract with S.Marciulionio K.A. Vilnius (NKL).

In 2012-13 he spent some time at Tegra State (VMKS-A Lyga), but returned to S.Marciulionio in January 2013. Robertas ended up logging 30 games for his team and averaged 10.5 ppg and 2.9 apg.

In 2011-12, still with S.Marciulionio, Bitinas averaged 14.8 ppg and 4.4 apg in 16 games.
