Rimantas Kaukenas to Laboral Kutxa

Laboral Kutxa Vitoria from Spain’s Liga Endesa has brought in Rimantas Kaukenas (192 cm, Seton Hall’00) to strengthen their backcourt. Kaukenas is a Lithuanian player who has been a member of the Lithuanian National Team in 2000-02, 2007-09 and 2012.

In 2012-13 he was a member of BC Zalgiris Kaunas (Lithuania-LKL). Rimantas played in 23 games in the VTB United League for them and averaged 8.2 ppg and 1.6 rpg. While representing  Zalgiris in the Euroleague he posted averages of 7.8 ppg and 2.1 rpg. Kaukenas averaged 8.1 ppg and 2.0 rpg in 17 games in the Lithuanian League, also helping them win the Lithuanian Supercup in 2013.
