Rhamel Brown (201 cm, F) agreed terms with Joensuun Kataja Basket in the Finnish Korisliiga. Brown played the past two seasons for Odesa in Ukraine.

Last season Brown averaged 8.8 ppg and 7.3 rebounds in the Ukrainian Superleague. He previously played for Halifax (Canada), Luzern (Switzerland), and HaSharon (Israel).

Rhamel Brown played college basketball at Manhatten, where he averaged 10.1 ppg and 5.9 rebounds his senior year.
