Ray Willis added by Kauhajoki

Ray Willis (198 cm, North Carolina Central’13) will continue his professional career with Karhu Kauhajoki (Finland-Korisliiga) this season. Willis began 2013-14 with BC Prievidza from Slovakia’s Extraliga, but was with them only until the pre-season. He kicked things off with Maccabi Beer Yaakov (Israel-National League). Before the move Willis managed to put up averages of 18.6 ppg and 9.5 rpg in 11 games.

During his senior year at North Carolina Central Ray averaged 12.0 ppg and 4.5 rpg in 31 games. In 2013 he was named to the All-MEAC 2nd Team and the NABC Division I All-District 15 2nd Team.
