Italian SerieA team Victoria Libertas Pesaro have added 25-year-old Ravern Johnson (2oo cm, Mississippi State’11) for the 2013-14 season. The team is struggling right now in the Italian league with a lowly record of 1-5 and they are hoping that Johnson’s addition will make an instant impact.
Johnson played his rookie season (2011-12) abroad, starting it off in Greece for Ikaros Kallitheas. It was a short run with Ravern playing in only seven games for Ikaros. He posted averages of 10.7 ppg and 3.7 rpg. He later moved back stateside to the D-League where he managed to play a few games for the Iowa Energy and average 5.3 ppg and 1.3 rpg.
