Rashad Bishop now with Vechta

Rashad Bishop (198 cm, Cincinnati’11) is the latest player to be added to the roster of German Bundesliga team SC Rasta Vechta this 2013-14. Vechta is currently sitting on a record of 3-8 in the standings and are looking to make some adjustments.

The 25-year-old Bishop began the 2012-13 season with the Los Angeles D-Fenders from the NBA’s D-League. In February 2013 he signed with Tijuca Tenis Clube Rio de Janeiro from Brazil’s NBB. Rashad posted averages of 12.0 ppg and 3.9 rpg through 16 games. He helped the team finish as the Carioca League Regular Season Runner-up and also reach the Carioca League Finals in 2013.
