Rashad Bell lands with Duhok

Iraqi team Duhok (D1) has added Rashad Bell (201 cm, Boston University’05) for the 2013-14 season. Bell is an American player who also has a Hungarian passport and has spent the three seasons playing in Hungary.

In 2012-13 he signed with Szolnoki Olajbanyasz (Hungary-A Division). Rashad played eight games in the Adriatic League and averaged 7.1 ppg and 4.0 rpg. In three EuroChallenge games Bell averaged 9.3 ppg and 3.7 rpg. He averaged 11.5 ppg and 5.2 rpg in 23 games in the Hungarian League, taking his team all the way to the Finals in 2013.
