Rafael Hettsheimeir (206 cm) has found a new team within Spain’s Liga Endesa. He makes to move to Unicaja Malaga in 2013-14, having played for Real Madrid in 2012-13. Hettsheimeir is a Brazilian native who also holds a passport from Spain. He has been a member of the Brazilian National Team in 2005, 2007-2011 and 2013.

Rafael played 16 games for Real Madrid in the Euroleague in 2012-13 and averaged 3.6 ppg and 2.3 rpg. His team reached the finals of the Euroleague in 2013. In 27 games in the Spanish ACB he averaged 3.9 ppg and 1.8 rpg. As a reserve he helped Real Madrid finish as the regular season and overall champions of the Spanish ACB in 2013.
