BCM U Pitesti of Romania’s Liga Nationala has signed Bulgarian player Pavel Marinov (199 cm) for the upcoming 2016-17 season. This isn’t the first time around the Romanian block for Marinov. In fact, in 2015-16 he played for CS Dinamo Bucuresti (Romania-Liga Nationala). In 36 games Pavel recorded averages of 12.3 ppg and 4.3 rpg. He also displayed some solid ability as a passer with his unselfish 3.5 assists per game. In 2014-15 Marinov played in his home Bulgaria for Balkan Botevgrad (Bulgaria-NBL). He appeared in a total of 37 games for them and produced averages of 16.7 ppg and 4.8 rpg.
