Partizan signs deal with Drew Gordon

Drew Gordon, power forward from the University of New Mexico, will begin his professional career with Partizan. Gordon went undrafted in the 2012 NBA draft, but played for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA’s Summer League. He wasn’t offered a contract with the Mavericks, so Gordon turned his sights on Europe and found a home with the Serbia squad. As a Senior at UNM, Gordon averaged 13.7 points and 11.1 rebounds per game.

Partizan is on a 3 years projects to reach the Euroleague finals and win it again. The plan is set and I’m sure Drew will be a top player in Europe.

If he “adjusts and accepts” quickly, keeps an open mind, he may do well there.
