Ondrej Balvin (217 cm) will be reinforcing the frontcourt of FC Bayern Muenchen (Germany-BBL) for the upcoming 2016-17 season as embarks on a new chapter in his professional career. Ondrej is a 23-year-old Czech player who has been a member of the Czech Republic national team since 2011. He spent the last two seasons playing for Baloncesto Sevilla from Spain’s Liga Endesa. In 2015-16 he appeared in a total of 34 games for his former club and he recorded solid averages of 9.6 ppg and 7.4 rpg. In 2014-15 Ondrej played 34 games as well and posted averages of 4.5 ppg and 4.0 rpg.
