Nikola Dragovic joins Mitteldeutscher BC

The Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels (Germany-BBL) have landed Nikola Dragovic (206 cm) for the 2015-16 season. Dragovic has dual citizenship from Serbia and Montenegro. He was originally supposed to play for Brose Baskets Bamberg (Germany-BBL), before landing the deal with MBC.

Nikola began the 2014-15 season on the roster of BC Igokea Aleksandrovac (Bosnia-Division I). He played 19 games for the club in the Adriatic League and averaged 8.7 ppg and 5.0 rpg. Dragovic left the club in February 2015 and eventually came to terms with Lukoil Academic Sofia (Bulgaria-NBL) that same month. He managed to play 19 games for his new team and posted averages of 15.4 ppg and 6.8 rpg.
