Nigel Williams-Goss from Utah Jazz to Lokomotiv Kuban

Nigel Williams-Goss (191 cm, G) was cut by the Utah Jazz and is now on his way to Russia. He will join coach Evgeny Pashutin and a squad that is 7-3 in the VTB (3rd) and went 8-2 in EuroCup play the first round.

Williams-Goss has played in Europe before. He has played in the Adriatic league and the EuroCup with Partizan and more recently played the Greek A1 and the EuroLeague with Olympiakos. That season he averaged 9.2 ppg and 4.2 assists in EuroLeague play.

Nigel Williams-Goss played his senior year of college basketball at Gonzaga, where he contributed 16.8 ppg and 4.7 assists. It garnered him a WCC Player of the Year award and the 55th spot in the 2017 draft.
