Nathan Jawai re-signed by Galatasaray

Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul (Turkey-TBL) will be bringing back Australian big man Nathan Jawai (208 cm, Midland CC’07) for the 2014-15 season. His 2013-14 season with them was cut short due to an injury in November 2013 which sidelined him for three months. Jawai was still able to play in two of their Euroleague games and averaged 11.0 ppg and 2.5 rpg. He also played in a couple of games in the domestic Turkish TBL and there he averaged 4.0 ppg and 2.0 rpg.

In 2012-13 Nathan played for Spanish powerhouse Regal FC Barcelona. In 31 Spanish league games he averaged 6.9 ppg and 4.1 rpg. Jawai also played in 30 Euroleague games and averaged 7.1 ppg and 4.7 rpg.
