Nate Sestina moves to Russia

Nate Sestina (206 cm, F/C) moves to Russia, where he will play for Nizhny Novgorod. That team participates in both the VTB league as well as in the FIBA Championsleague. Nate Sestina was initially supposed to sign in the Ukraine with Kyiv Basket, but that didn’t work out, but he quickly found another club across the border. For the 23-year-old American, this will be his first season overseas as a professional basketball player. He recently graduated from the University of Kentucky, where he averaged 5.8 ppg and 3.8 rpg in the strong SEC conference.
