Champagne Chalons-Reims Basket (France-ProA) has brought in Morris Curry (181 cm, Providence’10) as a replacement for Lionel Chalmers. Curry is coming from Lukoil Academic Sofia (Bulgaria-NBL) where he started the 2014/15 season. He played six games for them in the EuroChallenge and averaged 12.0 ppg and 5.7 apg. Curry also was able to play 11 games in the domestic Bulgarian league and there he notched averages of 11.4 ppg and 5.4 apg.
In 2013/14 Morris played for KTP Basket Kotka from Finland’s Korsiliiga. In 47 games he produced averages of 16.5 ppg and 6.1 apg. He also played in 10 EuroChallenge games for the team and delivered averages of 20.1 ppg and 6.7 apg.
