Morgan Sabia signs with Naestved

FOG Naestved (Denmark, Ligaen) has tabbed American Morgan Sabia (203 cm, Hartford’12) for the next season. The forward has only spent one season in professional Basketball after graduating from Hartford in 2011. He started the 2012/2013 season in Australia where he played with Geraldton Buccaneers (State League) in 16 games and averaged 19.9 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. He left Australia in December 2012 to join KB RTV 21 in Kosovan Superleague.

During his last season with Hartford (2010/2011), 23-year old Morgan Sabia played 28 games and averaged 12.6ppg, 6.6rpg, and 1.4apg in the NCAA. The player will now join a Naestved team that finished 6th in the Ligaen standing this season with a record of 13-14.
