Mirko Kovac (199 cm) will continue his professional career this 2017 on the roster of BC Timba Timisoara (Romania-Liga Nationala). He is a 33-year-old Serbian international who has had some previous experience playing in the Romanian league. Mirko was with BCM U Pitesti (Romania-Liga Nationala) from 2013 to 2015. He had a break from Romanian hoops in the 2015-16 season, seeing action in Greece for ASA Koroivos Amaliadas (Greece-A1), but only signed with the team in March 2016. Kovac played in four games with averages of 1.3 ppg and 1.8 rpg.
