Mike Harris heads to Qingdao Eagles

Former NBA guard Mike Harris (198 cm, Rice’05) is set to debut for the Qingdao Double Star Eagles (China-CBA) this coming 2014-15 season. Harris began 2013-14 with the Utah Jazz. He managed to play 20 games for them before his release from the team on January 2014. He averaged 4.2 ppg and 1.7 rpg. That same month Harris signed with Zheijang Chouzhou Bank (China-CBA). Mike managed nine games during his brief stint in China and posted solid averages of 28.7 ppg and 14.9 rpg.

Mike then signed with the Leones de Ponce (Puerto Rico-BSN) in March 2014. He was able to play 54 games for Ponce and delivered averages of 18.6 ppg and 9.3 rpg, helping them capture the 2014 BSN championship during his run with them.
